I must say that I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to take a friend to check out Copper Hop in May 2021. Not to sound biased or anything, but Michigan does have the best beer in the country. I challenge anyone who says otherwise. That being said, I have gone to some new breweries in the last couple of years that have been awful. When I say awful, I’m talking solely about the beer. So you can see how driving an hour or so away to not be disappointed, in fact quite the opposite, is not only a relief, but a rather enjoyable experience I want to go back to.I appreciate the fact that Copper Hop offers a variety of beer styles and does a great job with each and every one of them! Went in to see Stereobabe live. Music was awesome! Service was good, the servers walked the floor constantly. One huge down side, they don't have any non-alcoholic options. My husband has been sober for 3years and I'm pregnant so we had a coke, ate some some food truck food, and left.Food truck was Phat Rob's Food Love. Food was good. Had to go outside to order but they brought the food in which was nice. I had the cheese burger and husband had the El Diablo and a side of fries to share.I would go back to see live music again. I ride my bike here about once a week in the summer and every time I am impressed with how well this place is managed. The patio area is massive and this place is always packed but the staff never leave you with an empty pint glass. The beer itself is always great and the variety of food trucks is a massive plus.

Great service great atmosphere. My favorite is the Das Hefe Hefeweizen. The Pint Break tastes more like a cider than a blonde ale. Late To The Party German blonde lager is just that, tastes like late to the mouth. Ok taste but totally flat.

Great drinks and amazing environment! The staff comes frequently enough to make sure that you’re having a good time and there is no pressure when supporting the food trucks although those are great too!

Super busy when we were there because of a Festival going on outside. The staff worked really hard at keeping the lines moving and they were so nice. The Brown Ale was good.
