I really enjoy Costa, and the new location in Chainring is bright, modern, and well situated. The staff is warm and friendly, creating a very relaxed atmosphere where you can take a break from shopping and unwind for a few minutes. I would definitely recommend it, although it can get quite busy and you may have to wait at times.
Like most Costa locations, this one falls short due to being understaffed. The staff is pleasant enough, but there aren't enough of them and the place seems poorly managed. Long wait times, dirty conditions, and expensive coffee make it far from ideal. It ruins the experience of enjoying a relaxing cup of coffee.
Poor service. Staff never greet you, they tend serve without making eye contact or speaking. They never smile or appear happy in their work. When asked for extra milk for a large coffee it was given begrudgingly and the very small jug was only half...filled. Disappointing as we enjoy Costa Coffee.
This restaurant is a great spot to enjoy a delicious drink and maybe a bite to eat. It's convenient to either dine in or use the drive-thru. Customers can also earn points towards free drinks with a Costa Coffee card. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for a tasty beverage. Reserva una mesa ahora
Its ok if you are lucky enough to get a seat and a clean table, needs to employ more staff especially at a weekend , far too busy . ideal location either to go before shopping or after, or whilst you are having your car...cleaned.
We entered Costa and the girl on the front was very degrading towards us. Her supervisor attempted to calm her down but had little luck. We got our coffees and enjoyed them still however.
Massive cups ,few cakes,not a large seating area but looks nice.Lot of laptop users with a never ending coffee sitting it out so shopper jog for seats
