We have visited several of these restaurants in the past and always received exemplary service. We were on our way home in Kettering and decided to go the restaurant for dinner as we had had busy day. We arrived at 18:10 on 17/5/2023 and there were lots of tables available so we selected table 2 in a quiet corner. My wife went to the bar and placed our order for food and drink and returned to our table at 18:15. My wife went up to the bar and enquired at 18:45 and the lady said that our food was being prepared as we had seen other people bing served their food which had been ordered after our order was taken we a little confused. I have been coming to this restaurant for almost 2 years and there has always been an issue with Tapas Tuesday. You order your food and wine, and then order an extra drink which is supposed to be included in the Tapas deal but is charged at a higher price. I questioned this with the person in charge and we did receive compensation, but this happens every time we visit. When we asked to speak to a manager, no one was available and we were given an email address instead. It's very disappointing as we don't feel valued and there doesn't seem to be anyone in a position to resolve the issue.
I couldn't give this place a higher rating. The atmosphere on Thursday night was fantastic. The room was spacious and filled with people enjoying delicious food. I only intended to have one drink, but ended up staying for 6! My server, Abi, made me feel right at home with her fantastic sense of humor and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning because of her outstanding personality and the incredible atmosphere that this place exudes. I would give it 100 stars if I could. All of the staff were fantastic!
Booked a separate area for the family for my mums surprise 80th. The manager and the staff went out of their way to make sure it was a special night. The food was fabulous and too say we were a big group it all came out together and bang on the time we ordered it! Thank you to the manager and all the team for a fab night in great surroundings, great food and a great atmosphere. So glad we chose Kino where they helped us create a night to remember !!

Popped in for a meal on a quiet Tuesday evening as we had heard this was a decent place. The food was good and service also good. For us older folk, ordering via our smartphones was a bit of a challenge but you can order at the bar. Would be better though if orders could be taken at the table. Music volume was quite high which made conversation a bit tricky but this is probably an age thing! Overall, not bad and we will try it again.
The Kino Lounge is fast becoming my local! Called in after work, meeting my family there. We pretty much ate and drank the same things as we'd had previously. As always, the staff were great, prompt and friendly service and the food was perfectly presented, as it always has been. Although there are other places we could go regularly, I see no reason why we should. Top marks to the whole team front of house and behind the scenes.
Me and my son popped in for dinner. First of all, beautiful inside! Wonderful atmosphere. Staff unbelievably welcoming. My son wanted to pay compliments to the chef, staff even bought chef Charley out for him. Well done Charley for the fantastic food and taking time out to come and say hello to him. You’ve all made our day. Food to die for at a fantastic price. 10/10, well done guys
Dropped in here a couple of times recently, I'm quite a fan of the Lounges in general and I'm pleased to say that the consistency of food, service and pleasant staff across those I've used is fantastic. The menu has a good selection of dishes, drinks prices are pretty much on par with pubs in the area too. Will certainly be back again and again in the coming months.

The milkshake at this restaurant was terrible and horrific. It seemed like they used powdered flavoring and just added milk. I would not recommend it as it tasted like plain milk with no flavor. You might as well go to your local grocery store and get some Nesquik, as it tastes much better.
Awful burnt tough chicken couldn’t eat it when eventually we could see a staff member to raise our issue she was very good to deal with the issue and we were offered cake or a drink not great service really wasn’t even busy very disappointing
