A beautiful place. Do not think lies lie about how to get to know or maintain them. You can have a separate menu, but it is extremely limited, and they do not offer the majority of things on there; most of the things they are late inform you are “from the menu”. They are incredibly ignorant about celiac disease and associated conditions, and the menu is extremely uncertain for those who recover intestinal damage. (There are very few safe dishes on offer and they will decide about a mood to no longer use them) Customers are directed to a digital “allergic matrix” online to questions about ingredients, and yet a large part of the dishes offered are not listed. The supposedly detailed matrix does not even list any ingredient and gives comprehensive allergy information for the few dishes listed there. When I was asked about the ingredients for a dish, the waitress insisted that I had to look at the matrix again (it was not listed). She then went to ask the kitchen that allegedly told her that they refused to diverge the ingredients for this dish at all, and would only confirm a problem ingredient. Finally, after sitting in disappointment and humiliation for age, a man came to speak to us (possibly the manager) who told me that I had to order the steak (the most expensive element on the menu) or had nothing at all, and was visibly crossed when I went back (I would never order Steak still eat at home). He let us have our drinks for free, but that was less than the mere minimum we deserved for such a terrible treatment and such a terrible disappointing experience. They deserve no reputation to be a safe place to eat for anyone with allergies or coeliac or digestive disorders. The lack of considerations and the lack of planning and management regarding their inventory and menu planning is unbelievable. The dangerous settings of the chefs who would rather protect their secret recipes than inform customers about allergens that are used is simply disgusting. This is not a safe and understanding place to eat. That was a humiliating and annoying experience.
This place is stunning and a must to visit. The facility in which you go is amazing. The bar area has a curved glass ceiling, absolutely stunning and grandiose. The portraits about the walls add a feeling of decadence. The drinks are beautifully designed and beautiful. I wish we had stayed for dinner now. The staff is quirky, cheeky, confident and charming!
