We came across this restaurant on our search for a bite to eat in Villefrache-Sur-Mer. It's a very pretty place with a lovely atmosphere. The night we arrived it was very busy but the staff could not have been more accommodating. We were informed that the chef was having problems with one of the ovens and that this may affect our wait for food but it wasn't an issue at all. The food was really delicious and the staff absolutely charming. The owner of the restaurant was there and he took the time to engage with each of his customers which was a really lovely touch. Finally decided to try that restaurant after passing by it for many years.Nothing existing about it.The best is to eat from the dishes suggested on the black board. Had the spaghetti with gambasse and scallops, that's was very testy.Avoide the pizzas they are dreadful.Mussels and frites are ok but had to ask more frites and was charged 5 euros for another very small portion.The rack of land was nice but hardly any garnish on the plat.Waiter was friendly but way over worked, on his own for the all restaurant. Avoid it if you are in a hurry, extremely slow service. There is even a sign at the entrance.Price are good value if you pick the right dish, avoid the a la carte.

When we asked something to accompany the appetizer the waitress told us that she had nothing except bread and mustard! a person from the table asked to have a potato accompaniment, same answer: not possible while those who had not asked for anything were served with potatoes. I noticed that the marrow bone I ordered was empty, answer: it depends on the bones!!! finally a real disaster at the level of service completed by a gustative quality of the poorest even not worthy of a super discount. Run.
Walking past this restaurant it looked very inviting so decided to go in for lunch. The staff were great, friendly we all laughed at my poor French but in a nice way,I ordered from the set menu having a mixed salad then the mussels followed by apple tart all very tasty indeed and at 18e I thought very good value. The staff were very attentive and made that extra effort to make you feel welcome. I would have no problem returning or recommending this restaurant, a very nice experience.

very pretty terrace with trees, correct welcome (one more smiling waitress than the other.) very good value price, 18€ the menu of the day: goat salad entrance, wolf back dishes and marina molds and dessert pie with apple all in a very pleasant setting. restaurant that may not be on the seaside but that at least respect the tourists' currency door.
We ran into this restaurant by chance. It was a very good surprise. welcome. We ate very good fresh mussels. it is very well located and shaded what is pleasant during great heats. the menu formula is very advantageous. the goat salad entrance and the tiramisu dessert complete this menu.
copious meals and very friendly welcome found this restaurant that serves fresh products, well cooked very easily. Cepes ravioli, grilled fish, steamed vegetables, fish soup and aïoli cod. we all enjoyed our choice shaded terrace in the old city.
In the phoenix park the choice to eat is restricted, in fact there is no choice, just a snack.
Unless if you have taken your picnic, you will have to sit

we took the menu at 18 eur in the flat dessert entrance to the choice, very correct, good cooking, small serving but justified given the price.
