That was my worst experience in a restaurant. My wife and I went to sandwiches on a Sunday afternoon. After waiting for 40 minutes and not a sign of our waitress Aimee, I went to the counter to see when the food could come. I was very rudely told that it was a Sunday and they were busy, and since there was also an 11 tip that my wife and my wife had to wait for food. Then she told me (40min after our order) that they have one of the ingredients for my sandwich or not. Does that make a difference? Yes! It does! You could have brought this to my attention after my order! What made me worse was that this woman never used the word SORRY. That's all it would have done to make the situation better. Then she talked about us with the owner. The conversation took place almost right next to us. She mentioned that he had problems with table (our). After dinner, I told her it was very good. Your answer was only worth waiting. After we finished, she tells us that it's okay, we can pay. Don't worry. The problem was that she never brought us a check. I'm going to the counter and I didn't get a word from the owner. Not how it was, or I'm sorry about the waiting period. It only shows that it is more than just aimee with the bad attitude. It's going through the whole place. I worked for 10 years in restaurants, and I never acted as she did, or even met someone who acted as she did. From me and my wife means a 20% tip that you were a ok waitress. We usually give 20-30%. This is the first time I never tipped. Yeah, the food was good, but I'll never go there again. I will also make sure that no one else has this miserable experience.

The food here is very good, with a large selection, but someone really needs to teach the owner that the customer is always right. The service is often cruel, it seems as if they hire family friends or something, and then they don't fire at terrible waiters. I didn't have orders for half an hour or no refill of water for 20 minutes. What really killed me is that I asked her to warm up a sandwich for me, and they refused because it diverted the rules. I told them they could just put it in the microwave, that would ruin the sandwich, they said without asking my opinion. And then the owner told me that he had taken the order that if I didn't eat the sandwich in the way they wanted me to eat it, they didn't take care of my money. Well, this place is good, but they don't make sandwiches the caliber of the cook that I'm gonna let my food dictate. Absolutely terrible customer service, they were very rude, and in my opinion there are enough other places to get big food that it is not worth. Try the 320 market that is very close in the area, has great food, and everyone is really nice.
