Since I’ve always loved this restaurant, it’s been about 8 years since I’ve been there. To start what has changed is the entry that no longer exists now. The cooking of the fries is over, much too cooked at the limit of the chips. On the map much less choice than before, they are limited to basic dishes. For my part I decided to take a basic hamburger and fries dish. Frites too cooked either on my plate or that of my comrades. The hamburger was classic without anything crazy. For dessert I focused on Fruit D’été Rôti. When one hears roast one expects it to be hot, it was no longer the case, more on top there was a biscuit groined to give a "skin" aspect I think. This day on 23/6/2023, I was at the restaurant of Boissy-Saint-Léger. I ordered a chicken white with green beans as accompaniment. Unfortunately there are no green beans. So I took fries. It was frozen fries and chicken white not. Well, this one has a funny taste, coming out of the restaurant, I noticed that the cook cook cooks the sausages and above I see the chicken white. So I quickly understood why chicken white to this funny taste is not what it is cooked with sausage steam and other pork meat. I think we need to change the cook. This is the last time I put my feet in this restaurant and all the coute-paille restaurants

Home, quality and freshness of products, meat and fish cooking, successful desserts, skill and speed of service as we were the last table erected before closing. The sincere smile of the team, the human tenderness for relaxation and a successful meal still today in our thoughts for my beautiful 90-year-old mom and I, who arrived in this restaurant exhausted by the heat and starved but left behind, happy to have found them so delicate and professional. We'll come back, I'm sure they're all in this super restorer squad. Thank you to them for this shared moment yesterday.

Hamburger house very good, well copied especially that we had to take away our slices of chocolate sauce Roquefort very good as well. Hot welcome soup from our arrival at the table is good. very good breakfast on the terrace. Only bemol, not smiling at all. The aperos and cocoa glasses remained on the table until the coffee and the water carafe had to be claimed twice. The dishes were very good

I went there tonight, two kind servers, super good atmosphere, cosi, I recommend, accustomed to grill buffalo I found also good with a fare on the same alignment ... Thank you.

Building in itself is a little old but clean. Very well, discreet but effective staff. Serve quickly. Coffee house formula 20€

Too small and expensive quantity. I've known Courtepailles we always eat well with a normal quantity but this one is avoided.
