wow was this place bad on all accounts. the host complained about everything he had to do and smelled, so I had to walk 10 feet behind him to our table so I wouldn't gag. they were from half of everything we wanted. fried pickles? I'm sorry we're out. mac and get out? the cookies were not thoroughly cooked. I ordered the country roasted turkey special, and it was dryr than a desert and served without the heavy. only two overcooked deep roasted turkey leather on a plate with hash-brown casrole, which tasted two hours behind it 's prime. I asked for it to be sent back, they said they were out with whom I was in order, and I'd take the black-skinned ones. the manager comes to the table. also so...

Ordered the fried pickles appetizer. Unavailable. Ordered the country fried pork chops. Unavailable. Waitress said to order something else but didn't bring us another menu to look at.Food took close to an HOUR to arrive despite mostly empty restaurant. Seriously like 10 tables max! After food arrived we realized we were never given cutlery. After specifically asking for cutlery I didn't receive a fork. Had to ask again. We were never given the complementary cornbread. We were never given (or charged for) the dessert we ordered. Waitress must have forgot? At this point we decided to leave and not even bring it up.We love cracker barrel and understand this is far from fine dining but man what a...
The restaurant received two stars primarily because the waitress was friendly. We left a ten-dollar tip on the table to cover our coffee and tea, which were the only items we could order since she was managing an entire section by herself. After waiting for an hour and a half without receiving any food, we decided to leave. I wouldn't recommend this place. The decor was charming, but the glasses were dirty, the seats were damp, and the restrooms were barely better than a gas station bathroom in southern Ohio. This establishment should not be open for business. It would be best for the company to consider closing this location.
The atmosphere and everything is good at Cracker Barrel like always. It's just we made an adjustment to an order that the waitress could have probably figured out really easily she wouldn't ask the manager and they told her it was impossible for them to do it then we told her how to set up the order and it was no problem. So she missed the mark a bit. Beyond that everything was really good except that the macaroni and cheese was very Bland. I mean it was like all you can eat Bland. Still worth visiting a nice amount of salt and it worked out fine. Reserva una mesa ahora
On Black Friday, we were seated right away. Our server (I think her name was Kayla or Kyra—apologies for not remembering) came to our table within a minute or two, greeted us warmly, and took our drink orders quickly. She was efficient and charming while taking our meal orders, and our hot, delicious food arrived promptly. Her service greatly enhanced our experience, so thank you! I also appreciated the wheelchair accessibility; I had no issues getting around, although the loading area was a bit tight.
We enjoyed the food so much that we purchased the mix before leaving. The atmosphere was fun and lively. Although I ordered crispy bacon and it came out practically raw, the restaurant was busy so I remained patient and enjoyed my tasty breakfast. The charming little syrup bottles were a nice touch and added a warm, inviting feel. Overall, I look forward to returning for dinner soon.
I can't give this restaurant 5 stars because it took them forever to seat us and serve our breakfast. Waiting 45 minutes for both is too long, even though I am a patient person. However, I must admit the food was delicious and worth the wait.
Love the old country charm. And, who doesn't love to shop before and or after a meal?! Stopped in for breakfast, the food was just ok, presentation needs rethinking. Had a nice server kudos Vee Reserva una mesa ahora
