Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My family had been traveling all day and was looking forward to a good dinner at our hotel. We opted for curbside pickup, but after waiting 40 minutes past the expected time, we went inside to check on our order, only to discover that our food had just been sitting there. Upon returning to the hotel, we realized we were missing a salad, didn't receive the butter we requested for the biscuits and cornbread, and the food was barely warm. I tried calling the restaurant to speak with a manager, but I ended up on hold with no response. The customer service was disappointing, and we won’t be returning to this location.

Abbi was our waitress--took the order quickly. We were optimistic that wait time would be good last night as there were tons of staff there. As service or kitchen time is often poor at the Pelham location, I started a timer on my phone a minute or two after we ordered. Food was delivered 29 minutes after I started the timer-pretty typical for this location. A manager came by and apologized for the delay. Bad thing is, when she finally brought out the food, the sides were cold and meat just barely warm. We keep trying this location every few months, but I am about ready to give up on it.

Firstly, the service was outstanding. Our server was very attentive and ensured all of his customers were well taken care of. The food was satisfactory, but it arrived lukewarm. My egg sandwich and hash browns were cold. I'm not particularly fussy, and the flavors were still enjoyable. I would definitely return.

Service was good. It was not busy. Mother liked the meatloaf. I like the grilled chicken tenders and the kiddos loved our food too. Also bought chicken and dumplings for take out so my husband can have dinner when he gets off work. Great price for all ofthat. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service has consistently been good, and the food has always been enjoyable. Prices have increased recently, but that's the case everywhere. In my view, Cracker Barrel remains a great value.

Service was excellent. Both meals ordered were exactly as ordered. Food was ready very quick. All employees were very friendly. Our waiter was really good.
