I stumbled upon this cafe by accident on a public holiday when the place I intended to go was closed. This charming cafe has an old cinema-style sign and a spacious courtyard, as well as plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. I decided to try two popular dishes from Melbourne cafes: the baked eggs and the haloumi and vegetable fritters. Both dishes were delicious and reasonably portioned for the price. The fritters were exceptionally crispy and topped with a flavorful romesco sauce that had a hint of caramelization. A regular customer of this cafe; cannot fault this place. The owners are lovely, all the stuff very helpful and friendly. Coffee and food always consistent. Love the new menu; ordered the mushrooms on toast and the flavours were outstanding. Can't wait to try the brisket benny... thank god hollandaise has arrived. Would call this cafe one of the best in the western suburbs. Ever around the inner west and looking for a place to go for brekky or lunch. Definitely try crowded house !!

I found out about this restaurant from some fellow dog owners, who told me that you can access the courtyard through the back with your furry friend. The courtyard was perfect, offering both sunny and shady spots. We enjoyed a delicious veggie sandwich and a lamb salad (made with free range meat). We also had iced lattes, and the total bill came to just under $40. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a delightful experience at this restaurant. I tried their salmon eggs and had a tea, which were both delicious and reasonably priced. The presentation of the food was excellent and the service was lovely. The staff even asked if it was okay for other people to share our table, which we were happy to agree to. The mushrooms on toast were ridiculously delicious. One of the best breakfasts I've had in recent months. Delicious hot chocolate too and lovely staff. However I came here also to hide from the rain and the wind, and sat at the communal table where gusts of wind blew in frequently as people headed in and out and the door didn't close quickly enough. Apart from that this place is awesome.

Came to this lovely cafe today for early lunch and had the beef cheeks and the lamb shoulder. What a delicious meal to be had! I had the lamb shoulder salad, was such a balanced and lovely meal! We ate outside in the courtyard and it was such a great relaxing vibe. Highly recommend coming here and weather permitting sit outside. We also had a coffee and a soy chai latte.

Found this place by chance after a morning walk from Newport. Great location, absolutely tasty smoothie and mushroom dish. My partner and I shared the dish as we just wanted something light. A little pricy for the main if you are looking at the portion but that aside, the mushrooms were perfectly seasoned and the truffle oil definitely enhanced the flavour.

Crowded House is my favourite coffee place in Williamstown. Mostly I get take away coffee from here. It’s always very busy even at 7:00 o’clock in the morning with all the cyclists stopping for their morning coffee fix. The food is great too ! Reserva una mesa ahora

Just when you wanted caffeine. Good food mainly their nutty+ creamy muffins and fat burgers. Good people you wanna be friends with. Super rushy on weekends.

Coffee was great. The trout beetroot dish was perfect with all flavours blended in so well. Only the vegan BLT was a let down. It was too dry.
