The atmosphere is amazing! The staff is always cheerful and appears to truly enjoy their work. And when they claim to have the world’s best cookie, they really mean it! However, I’ve noticed that the quality at the Clarkston location has declined significantly. I've seen employees working without gloves and the cookies have been underbaked. Unfortunately, I can no longer support my previous positive review. Finding a hair in a cookie last week was the final straw for me. While I will continue to enjoy Crumbl when I travel, I won't be ordering from my local store anymore. What a disappointment!
