Crumbl Cookies Lubbock

I ordered some cookies to be delivered to friends and they delivered 20 min before the selected window. They weren’t home when delivered as they were too early I was pretty upset about it but called them and they offered to resend a fresh batch immediately, free of charge. Super friendly and accommodating awesome Crumbl location with great people!

Ordered Ahead and they told me it'll be another 40 Minute Wait for the Banana Cream Pie after I was already waiting for 20 minutes. Ain't no Cookie worth 1hr Wait. Y'all were definitely not prepared for this 6yr promotion.

If you love eating cookies that are soft and yummy. This is the place. If they ever have a wait on cookies, it's a pretty quick amount of time that I don't ever mind waiting. Highly recommend going.
