Holly Hop Ice Cream Shoppe

The staff is extremely friendly, the ice cream treats are delicious, and I love the 50s atmosphere. When my partner and I moved to Lubbock, this was one of the first places we visited and it left a lasting impression. It's just a quick 18-minute walk from our new home, so I like to think I work off the calories from indulging here frequently. That's my excuse to my fiancé, at least.

A cheerful 50s style ice cream soda shoppe with a small lunch menu consisting of sandwiches and hotdogs. I would have said finger food but the Chili Dog I had was more chili than dog. I will definitely be back to try the homemade ice cream, shakes and malts as everyone I seen with creamery seemed to be lost in indulgence. Very friendly and good prices.

On a hot summer day, I decided to visit an Ice Cream Parlor on a whim. Holly Hop was a great choice. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, they offered a nice selection of ice cream, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.
