As a parent, I am truly thankful for the support and resources they offer to underserved communities in South Los Angeles. The positive impact of the CSI Head Start program on the lives of the children and families it serves is clear. As a parent, I was approved for services on February 23rd, but I still haven't received assistance from Crystal Stairs. The provider's representative has not been fulfilling her responsibilities. She has been unresponsive, neglectful in keeping the provider informed, and has shown a lack of professionalism. Despite my attempts to reach her through voicemails and emails, I have received no replies. Now, seven months later, I am still without the help I need from Crystal Stairs.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one answers the phone and they do not return your phone calls. I applied for childcare in January. I completed my intake appt. and I haven't heard from the intake worker or supervisor since January! I have no idea if I've been approved for childcare or not. This is pathetic service.

I'm grateful to this program because it allows my daughter, a single mom, to go to work while my grandson is in a care center, all without concerns about money, time, or safety. I'm especially thankful since I don't live in California. Thank you so much! Reserva una mesa ahora

Horrible supervisor the customer is okay but I believe those individuals the work for Crystal stairs are under pay especially the Family Specialist they do all the work and HR DEPARTMENTS IS THE ONE WHO GETS CREDIT N MONEY . Pick another agency

Unfortunately, this agency has not paid a past due bill for over 90-days. Maybe it is not the full agency, however, when staff create an account with thousands of dollars past due, the leadership and board should ensured it was paid.

Very polite people in the office, they helped me to the back and I was able to get the support I needed.Very nice and clean , the air conditioning works beautifully I cooled off quickly.

Very decent office building plaza in Los Angeles, I love the views the front desk employers are helpful with any questions on the forms.
