Although I am fluent in Spanish, I prefer to communicate in English. When I arrived, I waited in line outside for 20 minutes. The restaurant is quite small and allows only three customers inside at a time.

Exceptional and fresh Latino dishes are served here daily! Some of my personal favorites include the mofongo, pernil, and arroz con habichuelas—each one packed with amazing flavor. Make sure to visit their Facebook page to check out the daily menu. Arriving early is a must since all the food is made fresh each day. Once they run out, you’ll miss your chance! The line may be long, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. During one of our visits, we even got to meet the owner's father, who is such a wonderful person, bursting with pride for his son and their family’s deep passion for bringing you the delicious food you love! I decided to stop by Cultura Antojitos Puertorriqueños last minute for a family gathering and called just an hour and a half before I needed to be somewhere to place an order of rice and beans for 30 people! The service and food couldn’t have been better. Iris provided outstanding service from the very beginning, and I felt completely at ease knowing she had everything handled. It may be a small spot, but they have big hearts and amazing food! Thank you for making my family’s day so special! I won’t lie—once the food hit the table, it disappeared fast, so next time I’ll be sure to take pictures and share them!
This small takeout-only restaurant specializes in made-to-order Mofongo. While there's often a line, the wait isn't too long. We tried the Chicken Mofongo, Pork Mofongo, and Pernil with Mofongo, Rice, and Beans. The pork was crispy and well-seasoned. Each Mofongo dish came with a simple salad and sautéed red peppers and onions. The total for all three dishes was $36, and they were both generous portions and incredibly tasty!

The staff seems to prioritize serving Hispanic customers or regulars above others, even when you are clearly next in line. This type of behavior reflects both racism and poor customer service. After all, doesn’t everyone’s money have the same value?
We had planned to go to Puerto Rico today, but we ended up driving all the way to Connecticut for the casino and decided to stop here. Wow, it was the best decision we've ever made! The food is incredible—absolutely delicious, and it truly captures the essence of authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. We are so grateful for this experience!
Is it possible to give more than 5 stars? This is the best Puerto Rican food I've ever had! The staff is always incredibly friendly, but don’t plan on lingering; it's best to grab your food and be on your way.
The food was absolutely delicious! I can't believe I've lived here for so long without discovering this gem. It's definitely a 10/10, and I can’t wait to go back!

The chicken skewers were fantastic, and they serve some of the best ripe plantains I've ever tasted.
