I had much higher hopes for this restaurant and don’t plan on coming back. The service was sub par and my party had to wait far too long for any service even after having a reservation. I wasn’t initially going to leave a review but I wanted to see if there were similar experiences from other patrons. I’m appalled to see just how rude the management is. A lot of the negative reviews I’ve seen are given very unprofessional and rude responses by the management to the customer.
My food was nothing to write home about, but not bad by any means. Service on the other hand was quite rough, We were seated without any menus for quite a while, Our table was missing oil and balsamic for the bread, and Glasses were dirty. it’s one thing to just forget a couple things but the owner was unbelievably rude and passive aggressive, when asking for accommodations her response was essentially, “Dont come back if your not happy with it”. No problem by me!
Customer service was very poor and disappointing. Our waiter was okay, but when an issue arose, management was incredibly rude and dismissive. My food was overcooked along with my son’s food. We will not be returning here in the future and it’s not a place I can recommend to others. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Food was average at best. Placed 9 of us at a 6 person table and refused to accommodate us even though we had reservations months in advance. Won’t be back. Always good to go for dinner at Da Bianca!!! They’re friendly, the service is good and the food soooo delicious!!! The best is close to my house and we love to go there any day of the week!!! Highly recommend!!!
3rds time we have gone in the last few months. Tried a special, spinach pasta with sausage and cheese… sorry for the poor description- was amazing!! Light and delish!
