This place is a fantastic find for Hawaiian poke and fried chicken! It's a cozy little spot with just a couple of benches outside. They have a limited menu that features daily specials. Both the poke bowl and the fried chicken were excellent. The poke was incredibly fresh, giving it a nice bouncy texture and perfectly balanced flavors. I really liked the food here!!! It was a good place to take a quick stop at to eat. The workers were nice and also allowed my dogs to come in (as long as they're trained/good). It's a pretty small location and there are two tables outside the store! The amount of kalua pork I got for the price was so worth it. The CPC chicken was also good and the sauce they have tastes really good!! I also appreciate how much rice they give for the meal on top of the mac salad. Regardless of how long or tough my day has been, I willingly drive 40 minutes out of my way to indulge in the comforting food from this fantastic restaurant, and it always makes everything feel better. The service is outstanding, and you’re sure to encounter some wonderful people while waiting in line or for your freshly made food, crafted with love from the Island. I can't recommend this place highly enough—just please keep it a local secret after you discover this gem!

I'm not sure what the hype about this place. First time came here and everything was mediocre and below par. The poke was ok, not as fresh as I expected, had a bit of fishy taste. Also had the loco moco, nothing special about the sauce and the meat itself. Last thing, I was excited about the chicken sandwich. It was definitely below par. The bun was soggy and the chicken just fall apart from the bun. Nothing like having a wow moment for da kine of this Hawaiian place.

We absolutely love this place! The CPC Chicken is incredibly crunchy and moist, and the potato mac salad is fantastic! The Guava lemonade was decent, but I personally think the mango lemonade is better. One thing I do wish they offered is sauces for dipping or pouring—though you might be able to request them. It's a cozy spot with only two outdoor tables, so be ready to either eat in your car or take it home!

Love DHK. I generally order ahead of time and pick it up for home. Great chicken and plate lunches.I haven’t had anything that I haven’t really liked.Big portions and lots of flavor.
