We are regular customers. But unless you're going in before 2:00 Monday to Friday when the only competent staff member is working, don't bother. Three times ago, we had a large order in the drive thru. The gent taking orders charged us for the cone that comes with the kids meal. When we mentioned it he said we were supposed to tell him we were using the coupon off the bag. Since its part of the kids MEAL we never thought we'd have to remind them to actually use their own coupon. He literally argued with us, back and forth stating it was our fault we were charged. In other DQ location reviews I've stated how horrific the service is at this Dairy Queen so I couldn't resist stopping one more time just to see if anyone has been listening. It turns out that if anything, the service is now worse. I was stuck in the drive through line so long that I was strongly considering whether the damage to my car's undersection from hopping over the concrete curb would outweigh growing old before I got my ice cream.This is not a slow line, it is a STOPPED line. Great Drive Thru service with friendly Employee. A friendly face and smile goes a long way. I often stop for a treat or lunch on my way out to see my brother and family who live near Nobleford and I have always received excellent service. Yes it is just another Burger Joint with lots of ice cream treats but I don't think people go to Dairy Queen for one of a kind food and desserts, they go for the average price and to satisfy their sweet tooth. All in all it is worth the money spent and I will definitely be going back the next time I travel through town.
Lunch was up to standards and in fact so was service. The problem I had were 3. No towels in the restroom, try drying your face with a fricken air dryer? Your are on a hwy expect travelers and service them. People drive stop to be refreshed. Duh ya think they might want to wash their face? Soda selection sucks. 1 diet drink? We will NOT be putting or spending our dollars here for precooked burgers that are barely warm and dried out! This has been the case for the last flipping time. What ever happened to fresh made??? I was the only one in there to order at dinner time on the 31st. of October...crappie service and crappie food! I WILL NOT recommend this DQ to any one at all. Better off going further down the road. Seriously disappointed!
We stopped at the Dairy Queen drive thru for a couple of burgers and the service was very good. The girl at the window was very friendly and helpful. The burgers were great but the price of an order of fries was very high in My opinion. We will probably stop there again but won't order fries.
I have eaten here many times on my way back to Calgary or down to Lethbridge great for a quick meal or ice cream break. Always clean , bathrooms are clean and friendly staff Has all the typical Dairy Queen menu items.Situated on the outskirts of town , easy to get on and off the highway
