I stopped by the Dairy Queen drive-thru around 6 pm to grab a quick burger to eat on my way home. They couldn’t understand my order and asked me to come to the window. When I got there, I waited and waited, watching what seemed like chaos, even though there were only three cars in the lot and no one behind me. Despite clearly seeing me at the window, no one ever came over to assist, so I eventually just left.
Update: I'm not expecting a free Dilly Bar or anything—I just wanted a burger. I’ll definitely be looking into this further, but after reading other reviews of this location, it seems like the usual response is “we hope you’ll give us another chance” for all complaints. I probably won...
We visited this restaurant for a birthday lunch, just the two of us, taking a break from the kids. Dairy Queen is my husband's favorite place, so we decided to stop by this location. The burger was average, and the fries were a bit cold. My biggest issue was with the timing of the ice cream; we got it before our food was ready. Even though we went through the drive-thru, it didn’t make sense to prepare the ice cream so early, especially since we ended up discarding the melted dessert.
This is effectively a ZERO-star review. We arrived expecting the store to open at 10:30 as the sign indicated, but after waiting outside for 10 minutes, we were informed that no staff would be available until 11:30. There was no notice on the door or in the drive-thru, and no apology was offered. It seems they simply don’t care. On another occasion, we visited during posted hours only to find no one working. If you can't staff your business properly, you should consider closing it.
The interior of the restaurant was incredibly dirty, which explained why they had closed off the lobby area. It might be time for a health department inspection. I was anxious all night, wondering if I should have returned the food for a refund; instead, we opted to eat it, hoping we wouldn’t get food poisoning. I won’t be coming back to this location—just an all-around unpleasant experience.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday at this wonderful restaurant, and I'm happy to share that it was a delightful evening. The venue certainly played a big role in the success of the event. The waitstaff were charming, the food was delicious, and my guests were all very impressed. We will definitely be returning for more occasions in the future. Thank you so much!
I visited on a lively Wednesday evening and was surprised to see only two staff members working—one chef and one employee at the front counter. Consequently, it took a bit of time for my full order to arrive. However, I must applaud their hard work. Despite the wait, the food was delicious, and my order was accurate and complete.
This is a fantastic spot for ice cream outings with my granddaughter whenever we have the opportunity to meet. I truly value the moments we share, and Dairy Queen has become a cherished tradition for us.
The service was excellent and friendly. The restaurant offers a comprehensive menu, and the dining room has been recently renovated. The restrooms were clean as well.
