On January 8, 2024, around 7 PM at the McKelvey location, I experienced an issue with the app that failed to send my large $30 order to the restaurant, resulting in some confusion and delays. However, the manager and a staff member worked hard to resolve the situation and made sure my family was fed. I had a really disappointing experience at the Dairy Queen in Saint Ann, but my visit to the Maryland Heights location was a complete game changer! The staff at Maryland Heights were exceptionally polite and attentive. Unlike at the other location, they didn't ignore me while chatting with their friends. Instead, they focused on taking my order with a positive attitude that truly exceeded my expectations. The food is consistently excellent during lunch hours. I really enjoy their gravy with chicken tenders! The gentleman at the counter during lunchtime is very friendly and accommodating. He always delivers the food and ice cream right to the table.
