Dairy Queen Grill Chill

This place has horrible customer service. I had ordered door dash and they changed my order without my knowledge to someone I am allergic too. When I called the staff was rude and unhelpful and when I asked for manager name they refused to provide. They then went on to hang up the phone. When I called back same thing they said they can’t deal with me cause they had customers to deal with, well I am a customer as well who paid for something and didn’t get what ordered. And she proceeded to hang up again not giving managers name. Disgusting people working here don’t even know customer management skills.

Why do you always hide the napkins every time I come here? I mean what’s the likelihood that someone eating ice cream might need a napkin? You keep them behind the kiosk and I need to ask and then get attitude? If you’re the owner and you’re that hard up for money, you should find another line of work.

Food is usually good at this location. The problem is I went there with a gift card. They said it had no balance. Just called to confirm it does have a full balance. Unused gift card as I told them. They were adamant it had no balance. Extremely agitating that my time was wasted.

I love Dairy Queen but this is by far the worst location when it comes to quality. I purchased a $40 ice cream cake and the whole thing was just vanilla No chocolate!Also I got chicken strips and fries and only got 10 fries. What a joke!Definitely not returning to this location.

very good restaurant, they have food and cheap ice cream and the cakes are the best
