Dairy Queen Grill Chill

This restaurant is a disaster! The place is in chaos. It's 6 o'clock and they have no idea how to manage things properly! The floors are covered in trash and dirt, the counters are a mess, and the freezer case is empty. The staff up front doesn't know how to take orders or serve customers efficiently. They keep skipping over orders and customers who have been waiting end up watching others with the same orders leave before them. It's clear that there is no management present to handle the situation.

This was my third and final try. All 3 times I walked out. All 3 times were in the afternoon after 2 pm. They seem to have plenty of help but no one waits on you. Today I stood there long enough to look around and realize how dirty it was in there, especially the floor. All I wanted was ice cream, a trip down memory lane at the DQ. Won't be giving them another chance. I'm from Wisconsin anyway, I'll go to Culver's.

I went inside to pick up some takeout. The service was excellent. I ordered the chicken strip basket and found it quite enjoyable. The restaurant was well-maintained and clean.

Saturday night at 8:30 in Marxh. Drive thru line was long. Staff handled it like Champs, professionally, with smiles and an upbeat attitude. We will keep going back! Reserva una mesa ahora

I waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes only to be told they were out of ice cream. Seriously?? Close up shop! Dairy Queen is supposed to be an ice cream shop!

Got to listen to a dude who works there talk about getting his sack ripped off… while waiting in the drive through with the window open . 10/10 made me laugh.

Dirty, not cleaned, not one table was clean, floors need a deep cleaning, line to the door yet no one taking orders.

Had an ice cream cone with shots. They were very stingy with the shots.
