Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Pulled in at 1:30 ordered the chicken basket. I'm not sure if they are only allowed to serve hot food once a day or what. Fries hard and cold, chicken was old and the bread damn near broke a tooth. Usually not bad but today wasn't the case. I would gladly wait for some fresh food rather than try to eat something that was ready for me at 11am. Try harder folks. I know nobody wants to go to work anymore but I do work hard for my money everyday and wish others cared about what they are there to do. If it's serve food then take pride in it. Act like it's something you would feed yourself or your family

The best mocha moolate! Not sure bout the food but the ice cream is great. I literally pulled up at 9:55 pm when they close at 10… which I didn’t know until I looked it up since someone was taking out the trash. I’m usually not that person so I was so nervous about the quality of the ice cream. It was quick, easy and a great drink! Sorry to the workers for showing up 5 mins til.

Went with my daughter yesterday. The buns were COLD the burgers were cold and dry and the cheese was not melted. Very disappointing based on previous visits.It's going to be a while before I return to this Webster location, and I am kind if a fan of DQ burgers.

Toppings are nonexistent. You have to put larger-sized toppings in the blizzards. It's like candy bar-flavored sand every time. I've tried to order different things but still, the contents are lacking. Reserva una mesa ahora

I just stopped by not even 30 mins ago and the got a bacon cheeseburger. Thefood was hot and good, but the bacon wasn’t close to done I paid for something I couldn’t even eat. Disappointed

My son wanted to try their food. I don't recommend it. If you're looking for a dipped cone thats one thing but don't get the hot food.

When someone orders food from you through Doordash, you should actually send the food with the driver. What a disappointment.
