Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Great store to hang-out with little ones. We went to pick up invitations print out and decided to visit this location. Menus of course must be the same as in Trenton, where we usually go to. My little one enjoys his banana split so he ordered that and 2 small size of fries. As you know fries are very expensive these days but it's good for once in awhile treat for kids on days when you bring them out to a store. We shared our snacks, laugh at jokes, and we saw some other older kids hanging out with their grandma. Went there with my daughter and stood at the counter waiting to get served for nearly 10 min. Didnt interup the staff because i thought they were having an important meeting. When they kept looking over and snickering . While the staff stood around the fryer talking and laughing, I asked if I could order and got dirty looks as I was interuping thier laughing and talking . I waited 5 more min. Of this said you guys are very rude and ill never come back. I haven't been back but as I was leaving they started laughing more. I was so mad.

Went in for honey bbq chicken strips last night on way to class. There was barely any sauce on the chicken strips. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. It seems that there is an effort to skimp on the sauce. It ruins the meal, in my opinion. It used to be my favourite thing to get at DQ. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Went there for ice cream but found the doors locked at 8:20pm when the website shows it will close at 9pm. Whole family was exceptionally disappointed and to make it worse as I was parking I saw 2 people go in to pick up orders. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

The lovely cashier who took my order Karley was not only quick but very informal and helpful with my birthday cake this year. She did such a wonderful job I would definitely recommend coming here and will be returning in the future myself !
