Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant on October 29th around 2:30pm. There is one employee at this location who always has a bad attitude and provides slow customer service. Today was the worst experience yet, with a 25-minute wait for a cheeseburger and fries, and the same employee working on the grill. Many other customers were also waiting a long time for their orders. To make matters worse, my son hated the fries so we threw them away. I am considering avoiding this location and driving further to the Coast Meridian location in the future. It's unfortunate that one employee's behavior can ruin what would otherwise be positive experiences for customers and other employees.

I had previously experienced issues at this Dairy Queen but decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, they disappointed once again. For the third time in a row, they forgot to give us dipping sauce and for the second time in a row, they gave us the wrong ice cream. In addition, our last couple of orders were also incorrect and the ice cream was melting.

My wife and children enjoy coming here, but unfortunately, the service is lacking. It might be worth considering hiring more employees, especially during busy times. The current staff are trying their best, but they appear overwhelmed and tend to ignore customers waiting in line to order or pick up their food for extended periods of time. Thank you.

The burgers at this restaurant were delicious, even better than the famous double-burger at other places we've tried. The taste was perfect!

I had a birthday cake from this restaurant. The service was excellent! It's a cozy spot for a snack.
