Dairy Queen Grill Chill

There was a woman serving at the counter that walked away when people were deciding what they wanted and didn’t come back(despite the line of people). The guy that finally decided to take our order messed up all the orders ahead of us and a few after us. He also didn’t give the cups for our drinks. I’m not sure if he’s new or should maybe work in another part of the store. It took a VERY long time to get our food. It seems that all the attention was being payed to the drive through and barely any payed to the lobby. If I were the manager I’d be pretty concerned about how the way the store is run.

The soft serve ice cream at Dairy Queen is consistently creamy, without the icy texture you often find at other places. However, the staff appeared to be a bit unsure about some of the orders. The service was somewhat slow and felt a bit distracted. I ordered a medium cone, but it turned out to be quite generous—in fact, it was a bit larger than I expected (which I certainly don't mind!). Just a note, I did have to ask for drink cups because they were forgotten.

I stopped by to pick up an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. I chose the one with cookie dough; unfortunately, she didn't like it and wanted the original flavor instead.

These folks need to learn to turn OFF their Open sign when they are closed. It’s always on. They are always closed early. Guess the staff want to get home.

We encountered a minor issue with our food during our visit, but the staff promptly addressed it. The service was excellent.

You can’t really go wrong with DQ soft serve. I also find the students working the drive through are always really friendly.

Ordered a full meal and a blizzard for delivery and only got the blizzard.

Blizzards are great as always. Although getting a little pricey.
