I had a terrible experience on Monday 12-11-2023, My friend and I decided to order through drive thru. The lady taking our order Tara) was terribly rude while we ordered being short and getting frustrated as she took our order. She then repeated my total at the window was trying to be snotty about it. I handed her the card she then handed me my drinks and had me pull to the door. Not even a full minute after parking at the door my food was there. I was thrilled and ready to eat . When I arrived at the order/menu board, I was greeted with the usual, "Go ahead and order when you're ready." I placed my order for two chocolate milkshakes, and after about a minute of silence, I heard a voice say, "Sorry. Give me a minute." Another minute passed before I had to repeat my order.
