Ordered ahead for drive through pick up, it is around the holiday so the line was out on to the street. I walked in and asked for my drive through order that I made 5 mins ago. It said my order was ready and when I walked in and asked she gave me my order. They NEVER get my order correct the syrup pumps you pay for or the toppings that you pay for. I literally have no ice in my cold brew and this is not what I ordered. I understand busy but no other Starbucks I go to is like this!! It’s in Abingdon and is sooooooo GHETTO. Get it together people the one at Target is so much better
They baristas no longer shake the iced coffee so you’re trying to swirl it around in your car and it gets everywhere. This is not the only reason I don’t come here often anymore. Number one reason is the price. I also don’t get consistent results- sometimes the coffee is perfect and then other times it’s like they have never made an iced coffee before. Service: Takeaway
Ordered in app. They did not update status to notify drinks were ready. Finally went in to check and they were just sitting there melted. Had a cold brew with splash of cream and it was almost white it had so much cream, could not even taste the coffee. Frappuccino taste was so off and bad. Probably worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Loved this starbucks. Located close to freeway exit, Baristas are super nice, quick hands , cool ambience. Restrooms are maintained well. Definitely going to stop here when driving around this place. I don't think the second shift staff is trained on making drinks. From them you're either getting dead, burnt tasting espresso shots or just not the espresso or milk you asked for in your drink. If I order in the morning, everything is great. Same drinks ordered in the afternoon, wrong color and taste disgusting.
