Dairy Queen Grill Chill

We took a moment to stop for ice cream and ultimately decided to have lunch, and I'm so glad we did. It was a breath of fresh air to see this restaurant under new management with cheerful staff. The experience was completely different from our last visit last year. The place was clean, and there were actually customers sitting down to enjoy their meals instead of rushing out with takeout. The presentation of our family’s meals was excellent, and they even had one of those automatic beverage machines. Cookie took our order, and a friendly gentleman brought our dinner to the table. Usually i enjoy coming here for lunch with my military buddies but not today. 25 minute wait for a to-go order. I get home and the flamethrower burger i received was not the one they typically get. It was a regular double cheeseburger with their hot sauce. They didn't even put bacon on it! I spent $8 on a double cheeseburger with hot sauce and fries. Unfortunately i was already home when i discovered this and me driving back to correct this will cost me more in gas money...extremely disappointed. We decided this probably isn't going to be our spot anymore. Look at the pics below...is that what the flamethrower is supposed to look like!

When I reached the window, an older woman was very pleasant and handed me my order, while the younger employee, who had been rude earlier, was yelling at her. The food itself was fine, although I would have appreciated it if my gravy hadn't spilled all over everything. Overall, I can overlook that, but please, just be more courteous to your customers.

I ordered the flamenco thrower and a cheeseburger. Get home no cheesburger. Called 7 times back to back..No answer! Still calling. I am gonna see how long they don't answer the phone. I want my money for what I didn't get and it is a share they won'teven be accountable and answer the phone. Smfh

Longest wait in the drive thru ever. 18 minutes and moved three spots. Just now got to the order speaker. My order better now be melted by the time I get up there! It never was bad until about the last month and now every time I wait forever. I?m just about done coming to this location.

I just stop by here to get snacks every now and then but. They are very low staff so expect to wait longer than average waot time for fast food. And they usually have a long line because most DQs have shut down in the Metro area.

Every time I come, they never serve things from their grill. Why is it called Dairy Queen Grill and Chill if you can all find out how to use the grill?

Hands down the worst Dairy Queen I've been there before. And that's not the first time they gave us soup instead of ice cream.
