Went here on Sunday night, order a milk shake and felt sick a few hours later. The customer service isn’t good either. 3 Indian guys working and speaking in Gujarati. I speak it as well and maybe they didn’t realize I was Indian but they were making fun of people in the store. I’m all for speaking in your language but if there are customers there please speak in English. I guess it makes sense why the Andy’s down the street is always packed and this place is empty. Will not be supporting this Dairy Queen.
The staff here leave much to be desired, and the manager seems unable to effectively run the business. I would recommend visiting the location on Sutton Road instead. The employees there were quite rude, and one of them actually dropped my food on the counter before serving it to me, which was really off-putting. The only exception was a kind and gracious black female employee, who stood out in an otherwise unpleasant experience. When I visited, the place was also in a very dirty condition.
Dairy Queen has always been known for its ice cream and sundaes, but I, like some others, enjoy the chili dogs and other food options as well. The food is average and could definitely benefit from a refreshed menu with more variety. The customer service was excellent; the staff member took the time to explain the menu items to me. I rated the atmosphere three stars because the interior feels a bit dull and could use a makeover. Overall, enjoy your visit!
My wife and I went into this place on 5/5. The teenagers paid absolutely zero attention when we came in and refused to take our order. There was even a point of them making something and saying that's so gross I dare you to eat it. Never again. Save your money and go to the other store on 59 and Schaumburg.

The employees do not wash their hands after using the restroom. One staff member, Zack, even picked up some candy and placed it in a cup for my child. I was shocked by this behavior. I will never, ever spend money here again.
Love their brownie with vanilla ice cream. They actually ran out of brownies one time though. Customer service was great not a long wait usually. Great location.
Bought a cookie dough blizzard to only have a few cookie dough pieces. Disappointing.
They always treat us like kings when we go to this store!
