We were taking a scenic route back to Ormond Beach after visiting Apollo Beach at Canaveral National Seashore and stumbled upon this nostalgic DQ. It brought back memories of the walk-up DQ in the small town where I grew up in northern Oklahoma, and we just had to stop! Established in 1953, this DQ has been run by the same family all these years. I absolutely love this place! Every time I visit, I have a great experience. My favorite treat is the Blizzard, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Plus, there are so many adorable dogs around! I especially love going on Banana Split Wednesdays.

Great Ice Cream treats and fantastic atmosphere. The walk up window was quite a treat and sitting at the outside tables under the trees was a fun memory from the past.
