I am not a frequent customer, but I am a consistent customer of Dana's. I would purchase balloons and flowers for birthdays of friends and family members and or flowers just because. In February I purchased balloons for my daughter and the foil 6 balloon started to deflate by the time I got home. I immediately took a photo and called the store; I was asked to come back so they can look at the balloon but with my daughter's party beginning in less than an hour I declined and said I would take a photo and show them next time I was in the store. After our initial order from another company fell through, I found myself in a panic about four hours before our event. I reached out to Dana to see if her team could not only fulfill the same order but also deliver it to the venue that same day. I typically hesitate to shift my order to a small business on such short notice, but Dana graciously accepted our request and managed to deliver everything before the event started. The staff was incredibly patient, helpful, and straightforward, and the entire experience with the supplier was outstanding.
It was my Granddaughter's birthday, and I didn't get a card out in time. I called Dana's Event Boutique and Balloons on the same day as her birthday. My son and daughter-in-law sent me a bouquet of flowers from this florist, and they are simply stunning. The arrangement is spectacular, and they smell amazing! I have them in my office, and I truly love their beauty and fragrance. I couldn't be happier!
Horrible Customer Service.. was put on hold for 8 min. Called Back and claimed that it was a bad connection. Then didn't offer to take pictures of floral arrangements that could be delivered even though it wasn't pictured on the website. Disappointed.

I recently was in a rush to purchase a bouquet of flowers. I went into Dana's and the florist I believe her name was Adela just made a beautiful arrangement. I will definitely go back to Dana's the next time I need flowers.
