First time there at that place. But my husband and my son have been at five guys. Just not at that location. But have been at five guys restaurant and other areas in the Bay area. I actually liked it was cool. Remind me a little bit of in and out withthe decor and everything. I'll definitely return. Only thing I can say is the prices are so high. My husband spent almost $60for the meals. And I feel like when you go to different other places. Such as in and out you can get a burger and fries anddrink altogether as a meal and spend like $10 and some change. I've visited this restaurant multiple times, but my experience this January 2024 was disappointing. I placed an online order through the Five Guys website, but some items were missing from my delivery. When I called to complain, the representative told me I needed to go in-person to pick up the missing items. I ordered online precisely because I couldn't go there! Instead, I requested a refund. The representative assured me that it would arrive on my credit card in a few days. However, that never happened; I feel like I was misled. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating and dishonest. I strongly suggest considering another restaurant.
I love the burgers here, as well as the selection of toppings you can choose from. A-1 sauce, anyone? The fries are some of the best around, especially if you get it with the Cajun seasoning and the new addition of shakes makes this this Five Guys a great place to just chill and eat.Whenever I'm in the mood for a burger, this is always near the top of my list. They also have hot dogs for those of you who prefer something other than burgers.
Never had a bad burger!! Even when I accidentally didn 't ask for Cajun fries, the regular fries are still the best!!This place had an l female crew so my friend called it Five Gals ! ?I saw a sign that said something about best value and when I spent 40 on 1 burger 1 hot dog 1 fry and 2 drinks, I say that the value is fading. Nonetheless, it 's still a better option to spend the on.

I’m not a fan of their burgers, but I found the staff to be friendly, and the drinks machine is fantastic. I recommend trying the pomegranate Aha mixed with Ginger Ale—just do 3 parts Aha and the rest ginger ale. You’re welcome! Everything on the menu is pricey, but Five Guys is particularly outrageous. Overall, I’d give it a 3 out of 5.
Burger was tasty and fresh. Bun was not fresh or soft. Toppings were ok. Cheese was pretty good. $13.94 for a double bacon cheeseburger? Not again. More emplyees than customers. Too many other options to return here.
Food is great. I wouldn't recommend eating inside due to excessively loud music. You can't hear orders being called. Don't bother trying to have a conversation unless you know sign language.
I order my burger before driving over... it is a time saver when I need a quick bite, they wrap the burgers in foil and it's buried under a ton of delicious fries.

We did guys burger joint on carnival cruise, and for that will give 1.5 stars they were OK nothing special guy you need to step it up your burgers kind of suck.
