We spent the afternoon and night in Le Chambon on business, on a drizzly late autumn day. Dans les pas D'Eugenie was on the small central square, open, looked promising, and in we went. We were greeted warmly and with humor. A good start! We were the first in for the evening, and were treated with welcome, respect and discretion. The place is tastefully decorated with objects reminiscent of the owner's family -- several generations from this fascinating and richly significant region. Cozy, relaxed, and inviting. While passing through the region, we made a detour to this establishment. Fresh produce, delicious cuisine. Dish: pluma and polenta, and tender filet of beef. Friendly efficient service. A great restaurant. The restaurant is moving to Montfaucon en Velay, we wish them success and success in their new restaurant.

This Thursday before the Cabu exhibition. Extra scented salmon tartar. Escargots idem. Dorade cooked very well flavored. A hot shining chocolate melt with raspberry ice. All deserves the 5 stars

Super restaurant with a very small menu that rhymes with flavors and good products. From the entrance to dessert to the wine everything was delicious. Think about booking there is little room.
Very friendly welcome and the dishes were delicious...everything is fresh so the menu is not very big! In short, you can come with your eyes closed!
Nice kitchen. Noix of jacques and lenses. Pluma and polenta with olives.. South American wines are interesting to discover too. Perfectible service.
