After my favorite childhood “donut shop” went out of business, I have tried almost every donut shop in south east Texas, looking for the same, old fashioned, freshly made kolache/donut experience. As soon as I walked into Daviss Donut, I knew it was a higher quality “donut shop”; with clean facilities, friendly staff, and an orderly kitchen, my senses were tingling with expectation. BUT, I was still questioning if it possessed the authentic taste that I had searched for ........ I ordered an assortment of their favorites and suggestions, and embarked on the true test. The donuts were very good however their customer service skills need some work. The lady at the counter had an attitude and it was not until the end after I paid that she thanked me and told me to have a good day. Working in customer service all my life they really need to have training or hire people with customer service skills. Overall Good donuts tho! ?
I absolutely love Daviss Donuts Deli and its wonderful staff. They always go above and beyond to provide excellent service. This is the go-to breakfast spot for my son and me, and we will remain loyal customers forever. The menu offers a great variety that never disappoints.
I have no words that Express how amazing the eclair donut holes taste! Their biscuit was homemade, fresh, and filled with tasty goodness as well as the waffle breakfast sandwich. Ready to go back and get some good treats again!

This place has great donuts and breakfast items, but don’t sleep on the lunch they serve! Their chicken salad sandwiches are my favorite! Always friendly, fast service and freshly made food.
Daviss Donuts Deli offers the best homemade kolaches in the area, and it’s wonderful to support such a friendly local business! I love visiting early and often to enjoy their delicious menu.
If I could give it five stars, I definitely would! The highlight for us was the maple frosted donut with bacon. It was absolutely delicious.
I really miss this place! The donuts are unlike those at a typical donut shop. The service was fantastic as well.
