Del Taco - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a meal, and when it was delivered, it was missing items. I called the store and the girl I spoke to said she would not refund my money for the missing items but I could drive all the way back over there again and she would give me the missing items. I also ordered chips and guacamole, I literally got three chips in the bag. The girl I spoke to said “ I only gave you a few chips because that’s all we had left”.So I spent $25 on two tacos, a little cup of guacamole and a drink. To top it off the girl that was working was incredibly rude and unprofessional yelling at me on the phone because I dared to question her. I will never go back to the store.

If you can’t serve fresh food 24-7 then you shouldn’t be open 24 hours a day. The service is memorable but the food has been cold and dry and missing items. The last 3 times I’ve gone. Once they forgot my fries in my combo the up sold me on buying, and tonight I got my Favorite the fish tacos but it was hard HARD dry and no limes.

My little sister has been diagnosed with food poisoning and is currently in a serious condition after eating a bean and cheese burrito from this place. This is absolutely unacceptable and could have cost her life. I will be reporting this to the health department and filing a formal complaint. **DO NOT EAT HERE.**

I wouldn't even give this restaurant one star. The staff here are unclean, and I ended up getting food poisoning after eating just one bean burrito. I've been in the hospital for the past three days. DO NOT GO HERE unless you're ready to spend time on IVs. I will be pursuing legal action. Reserva una mesa ahora

My go-to stop on the way home from doctor visit. Usually, I get a burrito or burger combo so I can eat while stuck in traffic going up the el cajon pass. My favorite drink is the strawberry lemonade. Del Taco, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu, so enjoy!
