This is the worst Del Taco location I have ever visited! The drive thru staff are very rude and incompetent. Don?t go here if you?re expecting decent service. They gave us attitude when we asked why the dining room doors were closed despite it being past10 AM, which is when they?re supposedly open. They asked us to park to wait for our order. We waited for half an hour. Mybrother-in-law knocked at one of their doors, which the staff member who had charged us at the window and asked us to parkcompletely ignored even though he was sitting a couple of feet by the door. He called out that they were closed. It was almost11 AM! We drove through the drive thru again and lo and behold, our order was...
I went on a day when they are not open 24 hours. I thought it was always 24 hours. All the lights were on as if they were open. I sat at the drive thru spot to order for about 2 or 3 minutes then drove to the window. The guy inside glanced at me and thenkept doing what he was doing. I sat there another few min then he looked at me again, still nothing. I was about to drive awaythen he turned and waved to say they were not open. As I pulled out I saw the sign indicating what days they were open 24hrs. I had a great experience during lunchtime at this Del Taco, which is by far the largest and most beautiful location I've ever visited. It was impressively clean, both inside and out. The staff was attentive and responsive to customers. The only downside was that the kitchen had a bit of smoke from the oil, indicating that the fan might need some maintenance. I particularly love their Thursday noon and night special on chicken soft tacos. The grilled chicken at Del Taco is consistently delicious! The tacos were similar to what I've had at other Del Taco locations. Overall, this is a great spot for a quick bite. You can even use the app to place your order ahead of time.
I used to love Del Taco as a Kid, food was great, service was good and everything was just great but ever since then now the quality of the food was just not good whatsoever. For example, the Chili Cheese fries that I had ordered had pieces of groundbeef and they werent even small pieces they were chunks like something you would feed a dog heck I wouldn't even give it to mydog and no chili whatsoever fries weren't good. The burger super soggy and just inedible again not good at all. The service notso great either. I put 1 star because i had to put something to put a review. The two you men that were there, a tall big one and a little guy with earrings, gave us the worst service i have ever had. We went to the drive through because the dining room was locked after10 AM, when they're supposed to be open. These two employees have attitude and ignored me when i knocked, because the doors werestill locked at around 11. DO NOT GO HERE, if you like any kind of service, that is even decent. With that said, they even gotthe order wrong.
I come here ALL THE TIME. Normally I'm a very happy camper but today is a little different. I placed my order and paid extra for extra carne asada but didn't get it. Also ordered a cheese and chicken roller and asked for Chipotle on the side and the girl at the window said I would have to pay extra. She also was not very pleasant, should be a little nicer to customers. Also did not get a receipt!?
Though we love del taco, the quality that comes out of this location is a bit disappointing. The staff is friendly but the meals are a bit under par. We do on occasion get food that is warm and delicious and not thrown together with correctproportions... but these times are, sadly, the exception to the rule.
This place is fantastic! I go to school nearby and always eat here. The staff is wonderful, even though it's fast food service. The food is consistently fresh, and I believe they make the best fries, especially for high school students. The prices are great too. I’m so happy to have lunch here! Reserva una mesa ahora
I really enjoy their French fries and fish tacos! For vegetarians, they offer options like bean rice, pico de gallo, and avocado burritos. Some dishes even come with Beyond Beef. If you prefer, it's a good idea to ask for corn tortillas in case the wheat flour tortillas were cooked in lard.
