passing in July 2016, we noticed that this restaurant formerly exellent, has changed alas. always the same person who manages it, why this restaurant loses as one year on the other. pity, the room is pleasant, terrace for the summer , fast service, but the quality decreases. We will go back there, because on a trip upstream 3-4 times a year hoping to find the kitchen of the past. ..
This restaurant is located on the main street. it has a large parking space and was already very well filled when we arrived. Unfortunately, there was nothing more from the regional speciality l’aligot, but the map offers a large selection of further foods, which are freshly prepared. the service was not very attentive, however due to the good occupancy also not inactive.
the reception is very friendly and the waitress available. Traditional dishes in the region are on the map. The chef is a former pastry chef and desserts are original and very good. In particular, we enjoyed a betting-billed revisited in flash that was quite convincing. The restaurant is a few minutes from the highway and enjoys a shaded terrace.
a simple restaurant. we took 3 menus at 22,50 the charcuterie very well but the cod brandade salad a little light for the menu price for the dishes we had come to eat of the aligot that we enjoyed the thigh of duck and the tin ( nut ) good but the truite meunière for us was simply grilled. not a lot of homemade dessert that is appreciable. a stone room in agreement with the local setting. a professional and friendly service. the dishes are very representative of the lozer. The ozerian spirit is there but not the origin (viande of foreign origin.) is the only flat of this establishment. However, the quality and the quality ratio of this restaurant makes it an address to try.
very good reception by the waitress, pleasant but not exceptional. We have tasted the dish which is in the menu 22.50 anyway. another menu at 19.50 is not bad but too simple for the price, Auvergnate Salad, for me veal head with potato jumped otherwise there were beans in box or fries.I find the lozer as expensive as in the south.!
Tres , tres bon acueuil , wait a bit when it is full in summer sausage for non-autocthones , lozere scutters and auvergnetrufade cheeses , etc. good ratio Q/Pon can eat in terasse , or plutot to the air free in ore of the copied pinesdeserts , with the fruits of the Reserva una mesa ahora
