February 7, 2022 at 4 ish am. Only one other customer in the restaurant at this time. Thought I was going to have a good Monday morning breakfast. No need to give customers a dirty wet bowl with wet creamers and look at the size of these pancakes that come in the Grand Slam Slugger. I requested a clean bowl with dry creamers. They charge 1.29 for a very small scoop of Pico De Gallo at Denny 's Montebello. Server said, It 's quality control on pancakes. I finished eating, he pick up my dirty dishes I piled up neatly 30 minutes after I finished eating. I was the only customer in the restaurant at this time. Hate sipping on my coffee looking at dirty dishes I piled neaty ready for pick up for 3...
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, and the dining area and restrooms are clean. The food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Our meals were served promptly, and my daughters enjoyed the experience of being served by a robot. I ordered the All American Slam with French toast, and it was absolutely delicious—one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The prices are definitely worth it, and the food is fantastic. The customer service is exceptional; everyone was friendly and helpful. It's a great place to take the family, and I highly recommend it!
I'll begin by stating that your Big Dipper melt was delicious. Butttttt!!! We ordered your Onion Rings appetizer. The price was $8.89 for the appetizer. Well what we received was less then an individual size of onion rings from The Habit let alone from Dennys, I counted it was 6 rings not large ones either. Wow what a way to ruin a nice dinner. The Big Dipper melt won't save you with me because being ripped off leaves a bad taste with me. Shame on you!!
if they bring 25 people in unexpected condition on a sat afternoon around the midday, they can feel like a last. the manager and the employees put here the expectations for us in time to take place. not only were they efficient, they were all very friendly and accommodating. 13 teenagers are not always the best amount. they notice that it was also an affordable lunch and we paid directly from our phones!

I always enjoy dining at this Denny's. Even though it’s a bit of a drive from home, we love the journey because we appreciate the excellent service and delicious food they provide. Update! We returned and were greeted by a robot server that delivered our meal. It made our night!
Carmen was our server today and she did an amazing job. She was so friendly and attentive and absolutely made our breakfast experience amazing. The food was delicious and everything was quick. We’d definitely come back again just based off todays service.
Carmen is an amazing server! Ever since we were seated she was so attentive and kept checking on us to make sure the food was good and to check if we needed anything. She was great with my daughters. Overall we had excellent service from Carmen :
I had an excellent experience at Montebello. The service was outstanding, with Manager Rene being very attentive and our server Emilia also being exceptionally nice. I’m giving Montebello a well-deserved 5 stars today!

Jerónimo was great! Very attention nice. My club sandwich was a bit salty but other than that the facility was well kept service was great.
