Went to The Deouch for food and drink before our complimentary run to Glasgow Hydro for Volbeat gig last Thursday. We both had the Chicken Fajitas which were excellent and a couple of pints of Heverlee to wash it down which was lovely . We had mentioned to staff while ordering our food that we would like the free run to the Hydro at around 7.15 , with a little reminder we were soon shown outside to where our carriage awaited , a lovely leather interiored and blacked out people carrier felt like rock stars ourselves , within ten mins we were dropped off right at The Hydros front door , magic !!!!! Went here on Sunday 19th to try for the first time was very surprised by this place staff were very helpful and pleasant cannot remember young man’s name but he also done the quiz he was so helpful with our food order and getting drinks nothing was too much trouble when the food arrived it was brilliant not one complaint about any of the meals will definitely be returning so thank you especially to the staff
Brilliant pub!!! Great drinks, well priced, great staff , customers and food!! What made it even better was the ‘eat and we’ll take up to the Hydro ‘ offer….!!!! Not your average taxi either !!! Genius marketing and has to be one of the friendliest pubs I’ve ever been in North of the Border Made our evening even better…thank you !!
went as location close to subway station. in town visiting friends and had lunch after a visit to the riverside museum. Staff were very friendly and helpful to recommend a local whisky as we were visiting from the states. the mac and cheese was nice and haddock fish and chips huge pieces.

OUTSTANDING! Been coming to this pub regularly for a few years now. The staff are all friendly and chatty, the place is immaculately clean, drink prices are reasonable and the food is out of this world! Highly recommend!
Was in pub today for lunch, and yet again it was first class,we were served by the barmaid Mina, nothing is to much Trouble for her bringing our drinks to the table and making sure everything was perfect
when I order a ham and cheese toastie, I usually get almost no cheese and some so-so ham. this place had a big thick slice of cheese and some first rate ham. and the fries were great, as was the service
A very nice old pub which was busy in the afternoon and this speaks for itself. The steak pie and proper home made chips was lovely and piping hot and the lasagne was,delicious and not too much.
