Ambience was nice and the employees were all really nice! However, the dishes took a really long time to come. Crab meat tomato soup: the soup was absolutely bland. Have you ever tried putting tomatoes on boiled water? Yeah, it tasted exactly likethat. The tomato wasn 't even boiled/cooked. It looks like it 's fresh from the garden/market and dumped into the bowl after theypour the hot water/ broth . Grilled pork chop noodles soup: opposite of the tomato soup, this is too salty/sweet not in a goodway. I think tasted more like instant pho seasoning that you can get in asian stores. I started with the crab meat tomato soup, which was utterly lacking in flavor. It seemed as if fresh tomatoes were just dropped into boiling water without any actual cooking. It felt like the tomatoes were picked straight from the garden and simply poured into the bowl after being heated.
On the other hand, the grilled pork chop soup was excessively salty and sweet, but not in a desirable way. It reminded me of the instant pho seasoning you’d find in Asian grocery stores. The pork chop itself was rather bland, though at least it was tender.
On a positive note, despite the small bowl size, the portions are generous for the price and are filled with plenty of noodles.
The female manager lacks honesty when it comes to the take-out sauce. She charges for it and includes it in the container costs without properly informing customers. Furthermore, she discreetly adds cash receipts. If you choose to make a purchase, be sure to double-check your receipt and don't rely solely on her word—be careful.
Absolutely delightful! During our vacation in Pacifica, we found ourselves returning to Devo's Cafe twice. The Five Spice Chicken pho boasts a rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked chicken. The egg rolls are truly the best! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

Delicious! We were staying in Pacifica for vacation and ended up getting take-out from here twice. The Five Spice Chicken pho is a tasty broth served with fresh cooked chicken. The egg rolls are some of the best we’ve ever had! The staff was very friendlyand welcoming too. Highly recommend.
Boss (female) is very dishonest, the take out sauce. And container will be charge, and these costs, don't tell the guest secretly plus cash receipt, so please when buy take-out ? must see clearly the receipt, don't believe what she said, to alertcareful.
Devo's Cafe is an interesting spot, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Laksa on their Vietnamese menu. Everything was satisfying, although nothing truly stood out. On a chilly evening like this, I wouldn’t hesitate to warm up with a bowl of Pho.
we enjoyed our first sushi dinner since the beginning of the pandemic at Live Sushi. We were impressed by the fresh quality of the fish served here, the good service, and reasonable prices. Thank you 4 the dessert ?

Very flavorful and service was very nice. I'm a picky eater so I removed a lot of the ingredients from my soup but it was delicious and you should check it out.?
