This place is honestly a hit or miss... as far as customer service and quality. I don't usually leave Yelp reviews but today I had to. I paid $17 for pretty much chopped chicken and beef jerky. The beef brisket was either old or over cooked. I was too lazy to drive back so I just pretty much swallowed it with water because it was so dried and hard. I needed a quick source of protein.This location is the closest to me but by far the worse quality of them all. I think the negative reviews from others speak for themselves but management does nothing to change it lol
The service was incredibly slow, and the meat was as dry as can be. The restaurant was nearly empty, which made me suspect that the food wasn’t fresh and had been sitting out for some time. Additionally, the social media team is just as disappointing with their generic copy-paste responses. What’s the point of reaching out via email if there’s no follow-up or accountability? Update: I just walked by at 3 PM, and it looks like they have permanently closed down. There were no employees, customers, or even any lights on.
Not sure if it's just location but 3 times in a row Shame on me DRY BRISKET. For how expensive it is this is just straight up unacceptable. Like I'm not talking a little dry I mean like I couldn't even swallow it. On top of that looking like an idiot ordering from this place
The restaurant is closed, and there’s an eviction notice posted on the doors. It's uncertain whether this closure is permanent, but it doesn't seem like they will be reopening anytime soon.

Awful, placed an order online for the Tustin location and found out they have been closed down when I got there and read the note on the door. Not sure how to get a refund.
The people who prepared our food to go were very polite my orders were exactly what we asked for too. I love their bbq sauces,a variety, original spice too. Thank you
Good bbq spot in Tustin. We went and did some 2 meat plates so we could try their brisket and ribs. Solid Texas style smoked meats here.
Good food but not so great service. The website rarely works and often no one answers the phone. The employees don't seem to care much.

The restaurant is out of business, closed, and evicted. Why does Yelp still list this place as open?
