This restaurant is a quintessential Korean spot, serving up delicious dishes in a relaxed setting. We were seated promptly on a Tuesday night, as the restaurant wasn’t busy, with just a few families dining around us. We ordered a variety of dishes, and surprisingly, everything arrived quickly. The bossam (pork belly) came with a small burner and a pink gel that was lit to keep it warm—a charming touch! The steamed egg was flavorful, enhanced by sesame seeds that added a lovely nutty flavor. The spicy marinated pork was also excellent, perfectly paired with the soybean stew. I spent $70 on the braised spicy beef ribs, and I expected much more for that price. What I got were essentially soup bones with only a few scraps of meat clinging to the sides, most of which was burnt. The bossam, or pork belly slices intended for wrapping in lettuce or cabbage, was just mediocre.
Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
음식은 맛있었어요. 그런데 검정 옷 입은 여성분이 주인인지 매니저인지 모르겠는데 처음 입장때부터 귀찮다는 듯이 툭 차갑게 몇분이세요? 인사할 때부터 좀 기분이 그랬는데. 좀 따뜻하게 물어보실 수 없나요? 진짜 너무 매너가 없으세요. 마지막에 잘먹었다고 안녕히계세요 했는데 쳐다보고 아무 말도 안하더라구요? 팁준게 너무 아까웠어요. 이걸 고치시라고 일부러 리뷰답니다.
I suggest calling the restaurant directly rather than ordering through GrubHub. We could have saved at least $10 by doing so. We'll be sure to call them directly next time.

The Korean food at this restaurant is exceptional, and the prices are very reasonable. I was particularly impressed by the hot plate dishes.
This isn't the ideal place for a romantic dinner or fine dining. Rather, it's a cozy eatery that offers hearty, authentic Korean dishes.
The interior was immaculate, and the food was exceptional! I particularly enjoyed the combination of spicy jogbal and bossam!
The food is incredibly delicious, and I plan to visit often. Just a heads up, they’re closed on Mondays.
