If you love BBQ, you will love Santa Maria BBQ!!! The food is EXCELLENT!!! The staff and customer service is EXCELLENT!!! I was delighted from the second I walked in with the delicious aroma of BBQ hitting my taste buds before I actually ate!!!!!! The restaurant itself is beautiful and spacious, which makes it the perfect place to eat with the whole family, date night, with friends, or pretty much anytime they are open. There's parking around the back and are available for pick-up. This place is awesome so go and have the best BBQ of all time!!!! Worse bbq experienced I have had in a long time . Brisket and beef rib was very dry and lack seasoning and smoke flavor . Honestly our food looked and tasted like it was leftover bbq from the day before . Portion was ridiculous and very overpriced. I do not recommend this place at all . It is very disappointing when you spend good money and the food is made with no heart or pride and reflects on the final product.

No exaggeration, the Beef Rib I had here might be the best tasting piece of meat of any kind I have ever had. (Insert joke here) seriously it was amazing, doesn't even need sauce but if you want their sauce was excellent as well. It was one of those things you eat that are so good you want to all your friends eat it too just so they understand how good it was.

I had the brisket. Oh boy, it's Santa Maria amazing. It is smoked 17 hours and tasted like MONTREAL style BLACK PAPPERCORN CRUSTED outside, jucy mouthful inside. Yumm... Damn i finised them all forgot to take A pic or save it a piece for my mom. What you see is left over sauce...whoops. Heee.
