I used to visit Ding Tea frequently when I lived in Texas, so I was looking forward to trying it again here. Unfortunately, the boba I ordered was not up to par with what I had experienced at other Ding Tea locations. It was watered down and all I could taste was the creamer. It felt like I paid $7 for a drink that was just creamer mixed with water. They have also partnered with Mochinut, which I can understand from a business standpoint, but it meant that I had to wait twice as long for my drink. The staff members did not greet customers, so my overall experience was disappointing.
Neat place. Friends brought me here never had this experience before something totally new I was excited. Little overwhelmed trying to fig out what to order. Went with frozen strawberry slushy with the boba wow so good. Love frozen drink with surprise at bottom which is totally werd to suck up in those huge straws. But tasty.Got 3 donuts yum, 2 pink 1 green so tasty.Def worth a try. Staff was friendly and patient letting me fig things out and helped explain things.Super happy about that, thanks guys.I'll be back.
In my opinion, the restaurant was nothing special. The tea was okay and the boba was tasty, but the wait time for just two drinks and a hotdog was nearly 25 minutes. Despite there being 15 people in the store, the wait shouldn't have been that long. The seating area seemed to be busy, which may have made it difficult for the staff to keep up with cleaning. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when ordering.
I ordered 2 milk tea, one with black boba, one with crystal boba. I gave 15% tips. The staff put in wrong for 2 milk tea with both black boba. When I asked, she showed me that it had both black boba on the order receipt. I had to leave like that, no apologies, no fixing anything. The boba even tasted hard as it was cooked yesterday.Not coming back.

I recently started cutting back on sugar so it’s been a hot min since I got a mango black tea from ding tea. So I should’ve asked for less sweetness because i had pure sugar and no mango flavor. I don’t really like this location from the vibe! But i would order another tea again with less sugar.
A little bit pricey but the drinks are yummy, taro milk tea was a little too sweet for me, will definitely order again at half sweetness though the taste was good, the wait was not long even though they were busy, definitely check this place out if you’re in the area
The food is amazing, although the guy at the counter was eating, while I was waiting to take my order, he couldn't understand what I wanted to order and I paid for things i didn't really want. I would recommend the place, but be aware what you're paying for!
Good drinks but management really needs to talk to employees. Guy in front didn’t say a single word as I was ordering…seems a little rude and standoffish. Lots of other reviews with comments in regards to customer service.

Strawberry slush with boba was super watery. Not the best smoothie and wouldn't recommend. Probably won't come back
