Domino's Pizza - Reservar una mesa

we ordered a 14 hand tossed philly steak pizza at the design order. we came back to the house to find out that it wasn't a hand-touched crust, but a thin crust. we called the load and spent 15min cycling through the adds waiting for the phone to be picked up. while we waited on this phone, we called another phone over the order option and got someone who worked remotely. They said there was nothing they could do, but would put us in charge. we waited 20min on this phone long with the stay on the first phone also. we decided while we wait on both phones to answer the phones to go back to the load. they said they're sorry that they'd get back the pizza and refund the order. while I noticed that the phones were all unplugged (see attached files). then they gave our new pizza to another person and had to catch them and get them the right one. we have confronted them via the phones and the crust and it is all on video.

Order the garlic and cinnamon knots and the oil dripped all over my sisters new sweatshirt and the inside of my car. The oil was pooled at the bottom and made them soggy. Had to through away cause it made such a mess.
