Upon checking my order, I noticed there was hardly any cheese on my extra cheese pizza and my pasta bowl was supposed to have cheese but had none. I showed the staff at the counter, who informed me that the cheese was weighed out and that was considered extra. I then asked to speak to the manager, who appeared to take the situation lightly and did not offer an apology for the incorrect order. When I requested a refund, the manager seemed inconvenienced. Probably the most reliable place to get take out from in Groton. Been ordering from this dominos for 10 years!! I can remember one mistake where we got someone else's order maybe 7 years ago and our order was right away brought to us with a credit. Can't even think of another mistake. Food is ALWAYS PERFECT ALWAYS FAST ALWAYS HOT and ALWAYS GREATLY PRICED! It's the only food app I have on my phone cause it's sooo easy!!
I have found that if you order your food before 3:30pm, it will be cooked perfectly. However, if you order after that time, the bottom of the pizza tends to be soggy and the bread bites are overcooked. This time, I ordered before 3:30pm and my meal was cooked to perfection.

Food is good but the 3 dollar tip is a scam. It’s a coupon for next weeks order, which by the way did not work. Said it was not accepted at my Dominoes location.
