Incomplete order received and noted by us about 5 min after driver left. Contacted store in Caseyville, IL. Told him we needed the garlic sauces brought to us as that part of the order was not delivered. He refused. He said he was the manager but would not give me his first name. Manager said I could come to the store if I wanted the sauces. I again told I expected the order to be completed as we payed a delivery charge. He said you wont drive down here for sauces? No because I paid for delivery of a complete order. I used the word damn twice but at no time directed it to him personally. Manager starts saying you cussing at me. You cussing at me. I have ordered delivery from this restaurant many times in the past. However, during my most recent order, the delivery driver refused to bring my pizza to my location, claiming that she couldn't go through the nearby neighborhood. This excuse seemed questionable to me, as I have received deliveries from this same location before without any issues. The poor service I experienced during this incident has led me to decide that I will no longer order from Dominos in the future. Despite contacting the store and speaking to the manager about the situation, I was disappointed to find that no special arrangements were offered to make up for the inconvenience caused to a loyal customer.
Your delivery driver needs to be fired! We were at a stop light just down the street from your location, waiting respectfully for a funeral procession to pass through the light. Your driver decides to pass all the cars in line on the left hand side, you know, the the side of on-coming traffic, and then cut through the procession line while our light was red. Funny part was, there was literally two cars left in the funeral line. Please, Grow up, get educated, pull your head out of your a and show some respect for your fellow humans. Nothing in your life is that important that you have to sh t on other people like that.
I give this Dominos a 0. The service was horrible. I ordered the new tots that have. The first order was burned. I call to the Caseyville Dominos. They agreed to send me another one. The second order was almost as bad as the first. At this point I will never order from that Dominos! They don't care about the customer. I was floored when I got the second order. the best manager and worker is at caseyville domino’s. this load before this newest manager came used to have so many problems and now I am 100% satisfied with my order every time. To be honest, I would continue to drive to get into these loading to take a chance at any other pizza place. loves the caseyville domino with the latest manager and staff. the best!
For years I didn't go to Dominos. I just assumed they were a cheaper less desirable pizza joint. I moved closer to Dominos and decided to give it a go. The staff is always friendly at this location and the order is fast! I've never been disappointed when going to this location
