I went there to order pizza for me and my family and there was a girl inside who was the worst employee ever, she is rude, disrespectful and has no manners and the worst thing is that she is the owner of the restaurant there, I waited for 10 minutes in front of the cashier and I was calling her and when she came while I was telling her what I wanted she left me and went saying (I have to finish this pizza and then I will be back What???!!, there were two young men there who came to take my order while they saw that (these two young men are very respectful they are nice not like her at all and while I order my usual order and always pay $65 she made me pay $94 by saying you can't get any offe...
I was excited to see the new location at Turkeyfoot and Barnwood so I decided to give them a try tonight. I realize that starting up with a new crew is difficult but someone really dropped the ball tonight. I tried to order online and found the site difficult to navigate but I will try again. So I called in my order and spoke with who someone later told me was the manager. He was very nice but seemed to be inexperienced with Dominos procedures and unsure of the area
Don't order here. They send you pizza with no sauce and then act like you did it. Has anyone else ordered pizza with no sauce? Is that like a thing? Dominoes just lost my business and I'm going to tell everyone that you have to explicitly tell them that you expect sauce on your pizza or you won't get it. For $35 dollars. Are you kidding me? It's Domino's; you pretty much know what you are getting. The staff are excellent, the restaurant is clean, and the wait times are short. I?m not sure I?ve ever had worse pizza delivered, in my life. What stinks is that the Dixie Highway location used to deliver to my house and food was always top notch and showed up fast af. This Edgewood location is straight garbage and takes twice as long to show up.
I ordered a philly cheesesteak pizza, a brookie, and chocolate lava cakes. The order was cooked perfectly! Kerri, Kaitlyn, and the rest of the crew had my order waiting for me when I got there. They are so good at what they do, it?s scary!
Online order and asked for and paid for ranch. Contactless delivery and no ranch. Can?t call store because they never answer the phone and no way to complain on the app
