Tried to order on the app and it said it was down call the store. Called the store and got told I had to order on app. Placed order and was tracking it. Went ordered-prep-bake-prep? Not sure what the did. Finally get my food. I ordered pizza, parmbites (16), and chicken Alfred with bacon. Minor thing it was on 14 bread bites. Major thing no utensils that should be withmy food. I ordered to the motel. They don't have those things. Manager refused to make it right. By the time I walked over tothe store in the rain and back food was cold. Told me to drive up the store to get one. If I could drive I would have. Now myfood is in trash and I have nothing to eat.thanks
Last night, my son ordered two pizzas for $5.99 at 7:50 PM. By 8:27 PM, the Domino’s tracker showed the pizzas were ready, so I expected the delivery soon after. However, it wasn’t until 9:19 PM that the tracker said the driver had left with the pizzas, and we didn’t receive them until 10:17 PM! We live in Abingdon, less than 10 minutes away from the store. The pizzas were hard from sitting out so long, and they didn’t even bother to slice one of them. I can’t believe this poor level of service, especially since no apology was given. Absolutely no stars from me. Domino’s, you should be ashamed!
On August 8, at 11:20PM I made a delivery order over the phone. I told the employee what I wanted to order and took the card information. He advised that the delivery was going to take 30-38 minutes. I advise him it was perfectly fine. However, it?sbeen over an hour and the delivery was not made.Basically, since it was about to be 30 minutes until closing time, the employeepretended to take my order and lied of the delivery wait time.
I placed an order online and paid with my bank card. I received an email stating my food would arrive within 40 to 55 minutes. After about 30 minutes, I got a phone call saying they couldn't deliver my food because the driver had finished for the night. This is what the manager told me, and I think it’s unacceptable. I told him I would take my business elsewhere, but he didn’t care and hung up on me.

They sent us the chocolate lava cakes with bugs in it. They were alive and crawling all over the dessert. Disgusting! Will never order from here again.

My pizza always arrives hot and tastes amazing. The delivery drivers are exceptionally friendly. This is my favorite Domino's location!
delivery was quick as always though didn't like I had to buy $10 worth of stuff to get my free pizza, but heh that's life sometimes.
